We conduct thorough consultations regarding materials to be filtered, operational environments, and challenges with current filter cloths.
When necessary, we visit your production facilities to assess actual conditions and identify specific concerns, ensuring our proposals deliver optimal solutions.

Material Selection and Custom Design
Our team selects an optimal material from our extensive inventory based on intended application. For specifications not available in our standard lineup, custom fabrics can be developed through trial weaving. We accommodate diverse dimensions and shapes based on your specific needs.
Through detailed consultation, we create custom technical drawings tailored to your specifications.

Integrated Manufacturing Process
Our in-house facility handles all processes from raw yarn procurement through yarn twisting, warping, weaving, cutting, and sewing.
Depending on application requirements, we also provide resin coating and accessory attachment services.

Quality Assurance and Inspection
We conduct comprehensive verification of finished products against technical specifications (dimensions, fabric properties, specifications), perform quantity verification, and inspect for foreign matter contamination (fiber debris, metal fragments, contaminants).

Packaging and Delivery
Final quantity and contamination inspections are performed prior to packaging.
Delivery is handled through our proprietary logistics or courier services.
Export services are also available upon request.
