From Order to Delivery

Innovation in Filtration, Excellence in Application.
Bespoke Solutions for Every Need. Quality Assured by a Century of Master Craftsmanship and Technical Expertise.
Optimal Filter Cloths Delivered Through Our Integrated Manufacturing System.

  1. STEP01

    Detailed Consultation and Assessment

We conduct thorough consultations regarding materials to be filtered, operational environments, and challenges with current filter cloths.
When necessary, we visit your production facilities to assess actual conditions and identify specific concerns, ensuring our proposals deliver optimal solutions.

  2. STEP02

    Material Selection and Custom Design

Our team selects an optimal material from our extensive inventory based on intended application. For specifications not available in our standard lineup, custom fabrics can be developed through trial weaving. We accommodate diverse dimensions and shapes based on your specific needs.
Through detailed consultation, we create custom technical drawings tailored to your specifications.

  3. STEP03

    Integrated Manufacturing Process

Our in-house facility handles all processes from raw yarn procurement through yarn twisting, warping, weaving, cutting, and sewing.
Depending on application requirements, we also provide resin coating and accessory attachment services.

  4. STEP04

    Quality Assurance and Inspection

We conduct comprehensive verification of finished products against technical specifications (dimensions, fabric properties, specifications), perform quantity verification, and inspect for foreign matter contamination (fiber debris, metal fragments, contaminants).

  5. STEP05

    Packaging and Delivery

Final quantity and contamination inspections are performed prior to packaging.
Delivery is handled through our proprietary logistics or courier services.
Export services are also available upon request.

  6. STEP06

    Post-Delivery Support

We provide comprehensive after-sales service following delivery. This includes on-site installation verification, operational feedback, and ongoing technical support as needed.
